By booking and participating in a charter with Lower Keys Offshore Adventures, guests acknowledge that offshore fishing, boating, and related activities involve inherent risks, including changing weather conditions, vessel movement, and the use of fishing equipment. All participants voluntarily assume full responsibility for their safety and any risks associated with the experience. Our vessel is operated by a licensed U.S. Coast Guard captain, and all charters comply with applicable federal and Florida regulations, including fishing licensing requirements. Guests agree to follow all instructions provided by the captain and crew, whose authority regarding safety, navigation, and trip conditions is final. By participating, guests accept that no guarantees are made regarding catch and release any claims of liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
